Corinth helps to change approach towards education in Morelos, Mexico

New educational project was started in Morelos, one of the Mexican states, at the beginning of September. Its aim is easy to express but yet hard to achieve: to change the approach and access to education in the region. We’re happy that Corinth can participate on this goal.

In Centro de Atención al Menor in Temixco, a center working with minors, four laboratories focused on different subjects will be furnished with modern technology and content. It was possible thanks to the collaboration between the local government, Sistema DIF Morelos (leading institution for integral development of the family), Technological University in Morelos and Reeduca, a renowned technological company.

As a result of our partnership with Reeduca we could provide one of the labs with Corinth Classroom content and contribute to the meritorious goal of the project.

The laboratories will be opened for general public, even for people out of the educational system. According to Elena Cepeda, president of DIF Morelos, the project will help students to fight the fear of learning math and sciences and change learning process into a game.

Opening of the labs converts the center to one of the most innovative educational places in the region that will serve as a good practice to other schools and institutions in the state. It will help Mexican educational system to adapt modern technologies and, hopefully, improve the schooling in general.
