MS Office integration

What Office products can be Corinth synced with?

Corinth can be synced with Office Word and PowerPoint 2013, 2016, 2019, and 365.

How does it work and what are the advantages?

The Corinth Screenshots add-in is used to sync the app with Office tools. Screenshots created while working with 3D models in the Corinth app are automatically synchronized with the add-in inside the Office tools. This allows you to simply insert the screenshots into your learning documents with just a few clicks.

Using Corinth Screenshots is a great way to enhance and brighten up your learning materials. Our 3D models will make your documents and presentations not only visually attractive but also interactive. Each screenshot includes a link allowing you to open the 3D model directly in the Corinth app.

Is it possible to install the add-in for more devices/user accounts at the same time?

Yes, it is possible to install the add-in for more than one Microsoft account at the same time. However, this option is only available for the online version of Office 365. Your school’s IT admin can choose to install the add-in for a larger number of users or even the whole school.

Find out more in our add-in deployment manual here.

I’m having difficulties installing the add-in. What can I do?

To install the add-in, a stable Internet connection is required.

Also, make sure you are installing the add-in for the supported Office products, these are Office Word and PowerPoint 2013, 2016, 2019, and 365.

See our manual on how to enable add-in installation for your school’s Microsoft account.

Upon launching the add-in a “Connection error” message appears. How shall I proceed?

First of all, make sure you are connected to the Internet. Without a stable Internet connection, the add-in will not be able to sync with the app.

I currently use the previous version of the add-in. Can I keep using it or do I need to upgrade to the new version?
